Hypnosis Help Wellness CD’s are something special.

Formulated with suggestions to assist you with the specific changes that you wish help with. These CD’s incorporate Comprehansive Energy Therapy (EFT) also known as Psychological Acupuncture suggestions and have well formulated direct suggestions to assist you to make changes. CD’s come with a ‘trigger card’, and ‘instruction sheet’, and ‘2 free e-book’ downloads.

Post hypnotic suggestions are imbedded in the CD, Plus you will be guided to use the tapping technique (EFT) using your mind, as well as being able to use this therapy any time outside of listening to your CD.

All CD’s come with a FREE ‘trigger card’ that facilitates to remind you of the changes you are making outside of listening to your CD, thereby further reinforcing the suggestions on the CD.

Within the CD there will be words that instruct the mind - “When you do... ‘this’, ‘that’ will happen.” And each time you touch your trigger card, ‘you will feel ‘this’...’. As you Tap on these meridian energy points, ‘you will notice the changes’.

The music in the background is designed to take you down into a very deep relaxed trance state, where suggestions bypass your conscious mind and are easily taken into your subconscious mind (See the article on Self Hypnosis, click here...).

Binaural sound, is a frequency sound that changes the frequency of your brainwaves, again facilitating you to go into an even deeper trance state of self hypnosis.

It is important that you do not drive or work machinery or do anything else that you need to concentrate on. The CD’s are formulated to take you into deep hypnosis so that the suggestions contained on the CD will work for you at a deep level.

Play the CD as many times as it takes you to achieve the desired result, and then as many times again. Research says that as a rule of thumb, it takes at least 21 days of repetition for any new behaviour to take effect. Sometimes it may take longer.

Remember that everything we have ever learnt in our life has been through repetition... repetition... repetition... You are learning a new skill, so be patient with yourself. If you give up, you might just be a few more listening times away from achieving your goal.
