Morning Bruni,
I have some news, I am expecting my first child on 22 November 2008, I am writing this information too you, just to let you know how much I appreciated your assistance in helping me get my life back. I came to see you in FEB 2007, suffering from severe anxiety attack(s), I was so bad, I couldn’t even commute to my work place each day.
Today, I am travelling to work, with no problems, other than morning sickness (which has finally subsided) and the old me, seems like a very distance memory. I will never forget how you changed my life.
I here many people talking about hypnosis, some positive & some negative, but I now believe that it's really up to the individual circumstance, what there needs are and how much they believe in the power of the mind.
I now have to adopt this technique to help assist me with my childbirth process.
I am more relaxed these days, and find it easy to cope with day-to-day challenges. Childbirth is all about maintaining a positive attitude, the calmer you are, the more oxygen you can inhale, therefore relieving pain and stress from the child birthing process.
In the two visits I had under Hypnosis, you taught me how to relax, and take my mind to another place, and I will be eternally grateful for your help.
In my darkest hours, I never felt like there was any hope to go on, and I really wondered how many more days I could take on this earth in a black hole of hell.
I only wish that the government would recognise anxiety as a serious illness & recognise Hypnosis has a terrific form of natural therapy, so others less fortunate could afford to seek help from trained professional’s like yourself.
