There are many types of fears and phobia. I only mention some that come to mind that I have dealt with.
● Lack of Memory and Concentration to pass exams.
● Inability to get our needs met (Self Esteem).
● Driving the car
● Needle phobia
● Snakes… Frogs… Spiders… etc.
● Dog biting
● Storms and Lightening
● Leaving the house
● Having an illness
● Scared we won’t find a toilet
And of course, there are many more…
One would assume none of us came into this world and said to ourselves; “Now when I grow up, I am going to have a fear about….., or phobia about….”.
So where did it come from?
Was it role-modeled?
Did we go through some happening that caused it?
Did we bring it in with our genes?
Maybe if you believe in past lives, did you bring it into this life from a past life?
Does it matter?
We can only deal with things in the NOW, no matter where or how we came by this fear or phobia.
As research has already shown, we can use our mind to change our thinking, release emotions and change how our body responds. Hypnosis is able to replace negative modes of thinking with positive modes of thinking. It can also release the original cause, which then releases the symptom.
Hypnosis is able to teach you how to change the reactions in your body.
