Kate Fitzpatrick writes that Prince Harry is turning to hypnotherapy in his quest to quit smoking.
The article gave an account that at the time of writing 65 percent of those treated in sections of the West Midlands UK police force had quit smoking and most of the rest had cut down with the added benefit of the sickness levels having gone down. Yet again in the same article Renee Bittoun, from the smoking cessation research unit at the University of Sydney, says; “There is no evidence to support hypnotherapy as a quit-smoking method”. Hello! Is Ms Bittoun missing something here? I thought I just read a research statistic in this article!
