Our thoughts, feelings and emotions, are the unseen energy inside our body.
Whilst fMRI imaging is able to see the brain light up in certain areas in the brain and medical specialists have given parts of the brain areas of what happens in that part of the brain. It doesn’t know what causes that to happen. That is the unseen energy in our mind and body.

A Dutch astrophysicist shows how physics has changed our world, yet not all is seen…
Some of the obvious things we know are the Internet, Television, Phone etc. We know they work, but the unseen energy that makes them work is not seen. But have a look at the ‘not so obvious’ unseen energy…
For the mind and body we know for example, we are able to know that when somebody has an addiction – let’s say smoking for example… When a person smokes, the pleasure/reward area of the brain lights up. However, the same pleasure/reward system also lights up if you have an addiction to gambling, or drinking, or drug taking – I would surmise that it would even light up if you enjoyed sex.
The reason(s) that causes the pleasure/reward system to light up can be numerous. For one person because he or she has stress in their lives, to drink releases the unseen energy of stress. As this has handled that situation satisfactorily in that way, the brain looks to repeat that way of coping the next time it feels that stress. Each subsequent release now builds to become a ‘need/habit’, and as can happen, the original small amount of the ‘soother’ no longer is as powerfully satisfying as it was, and needs to be increased. No different then has been found with people who take an addictive pharmaceutical drug like Valium.
For another person that same unseen energy stress is alleviated by another method which is more acceptable to the brain that holds a belief system that drinking is unacceptable. However, gambling may not be unacceptable and so the ‘soother’ (in this case gambling) meets the release of this energy.
And of course, for another person it can be that the unseen energy is generated because they are bored or anxious or had an unhappy childhood or other life happening. The unseen energy is the part of us that causes the ‘symptom’, and the symptom is trying to satisfy coping with this unseen energy.
But you can’t see the reason that created this unseen energy that lead to making you feel the way you feel.
If you release this unseen energy, that in turn releases the need to deal with it in the way that you have endeavoured to cope with it previously, as it no longer needs to be dealt with. The way to do this is via the therapy that works best for the client.
